Our Story

RH Design Concepts, LLC is a full service, licensed and insured, design & build contractor specializing in interior renovation & exterior outdoor living projects. Our specialties include exterior landscapes, patios, decks and outdoor structures—as well as interior drywall, framing, flooring and kitchen / bathroom renovation projects. We also specialize in renovating basements to help you maximize the space in your home. RH Design Concepts can assist you with managing and completing your home renovation projects in all phases of construction. We work closely with high quality sub-contractors for specific trades as needed for your project. Our team takes pride in performing almost all of the work ourselves, avoiding the middleman, and keeping margins down for you.

RH Design Concepts, LLC formed at the end of 2019 as a design concept and 3d modeling company. We soon entered into the world of construction with our first project in spring of 2020. We have been growing clientele through word of mouth and referrals from our focus of quality communication and satisfaction. All while maintaining a fair and workable price for our customers. We serve all of Bucks, Montgomery, and Philadelphia counties. We also have many customers in Lehigh county, Delaware county, and within the mainline as well.

We make planning your project easy and fun with our routine six-step process.

Initial Site Visit & Consultation

Review your site, measurements and discuss your needs. We will leave the site with the measurements and a sketch of your property.

Design & Planning Phase

Create a digital design in 2d or 3d depending on you and your project’s needs. Work through basic materials, layouts and establish something to estimate off.

Estimating Phase

Create an estimate of cost based on the scope of work determined with you at your home during the site visit, and / or in the design concept provided.

Contract Phase

Enter an agreed upon proposal the customer is happy with. Signature and deposit accordingly. Initiate permitting with the township, materials and scheduling.

Construction Phase

Show up at scheduled and agreed upon time! Mobilize proper tools and equipment and set up a site for construction. RHD will make your project a reality!

Post Walkthrough & Invoicing

RHD will send your invoice within 24 hours of project completion for your records. We will return after the project and walk the site with you and / or check on everything to ensure proper completion and to customer satisfaction.
